These terms apply to the Alvediom medicine intelligence dashboard supplied by Alvediom Limited. Contact: info@alvediom.com.
Alvediom Limited · Company number 17323385 · Registered in England and Wales
The service helps professionals explore published medicine volumes and Drug Tariff information. It is an information tool, not medical advice, prescribing guidance or a recommendation to launch a product, invest or commit stock. The service and contract are provided in English. Users must be at least 18 and authorised to make purchases for their organisation where applicable.
Free: the latest three available months for up to three distinct product presentations per verified account. This allowance does not renew monthly.
£30 one-off: up to twelve available months for three distinct product presentations, with access for one hour from confirmed payment.
£50 Day Pass: up to twelve available months and unlimited product presentations for 24 hours from confirmed payment, subject to reasonable security and anti-abuse controls.
Paid plans do not renew automatically. Changing pack size for the same presentation does not use another product allowance. Twelve months means up to twelve months available in each imported dataset; not every product or dataset has the same coverage. The available periods are shown in the dashboard. Download reports before access expires; downloaded PDFs remain available on your device. Access is for the verified account and must not be shared or resold.
Sign in, review your selected plan, price, coverage and duration, correct any errors, and complete Stripe Checkout. The total payable, including any applicable taxes, is shown before you pay; any displayed tax-exclusive amount must be identified clearly. No payment is due until you confirm an order with an obligation to pay. A paid contract is formed when payment is confirmed and we accept the order by granting access. We provide an order confirmation with the plan, amount, access period and these terms in a form you can retain. If payment succeeds but access fails, contact us promptly; we will restore access or provide an appropriate refund. A payment return page alone is not proof of paid access.
Please check the available data, selected plan and access period before purchasing. We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind after paid access has started.
If a technical problem prevents you from accessing or materially using the purchased service, contact info@alvediom.com promptly. Please describe the problem and, where available, provide your order reference, screenshots or error message.
We will investigate and, as appropriate, restore access, extend the access period or provide a proportionate or full refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including any applicable cancellation rights. Contact the same address for duplicate charges or complaints. Evidence helps us investigate; the absence of a screenshot does not remove a valid legal claim.
Where consumer cancellation rights apply to a service, the usual cancellation period is 14 days from the contract. You can exercise an applicable right by sending a clear cancellation statement to info@alvediom.com, identifying your account and purchase; no special form is necessary. If you expressly request an early start and the legal conditions are met, a proportionate charge for the service supplied before cancellation may apply. The service cancellation right ends after full performance only where the required request and acknowledgement have been obtained. Any refund required by law will be made within the applicable deadline and normally by the original payment method.
For digital reports and other digital content supplied without a physical medium, an applicable change-of-mind cancellation right ends when supply starts only if you have expressly consented, acknowledged that consequence, and received the required confirmation. Downloading one report does not end the remaining dashboard access or establish that the whole paid plan has been fully performed. Rights concerning faulty content and services remain unaffected.
Immediate-access agreement shown before payment: “I request immediate dashboard access and supply of digital reports. I understand that my cancellation right for digital content ends when its supply starts. For dashboard services, a proportionate charge may apply if I cancel before completion, and my cancellation right ends once the service is fully provided. My statutory rights remain unaffected.”
PCA covers NHS community dispensing in England; SCMD covers NHS hospital pharmacy issues in England. They are not a complete UK market, retail OTC sales, patient consumption or confirmed sales to end users. An OTC medicine can still appear when supplied through these NHS channels. Publication dates, units and available months differ between sources.
Recorded quantities combine available pack sizes at the published presentation level. Illustrative pack equivalents divide that quantity by a selected compatible pack size; they are not actual sales or dispensing in that pack size. Do not add equivalents for different sizes. Tariff-priced packs are used first; if none is priced, one verified dm+d reference pack may be used where conversion is reliable. A reference listing does not prove current marketing, stock or availability.
Drug Tariff figures are published community reimbursement references for the stated pack and month. They are not a manufacturer selling price, a hospital purchase quote or a guarantee of the net amount a pharmacy receives. Missing data is not zero, and does not prove that a medicine is unlicensed or unmarketed. Hospital figures may be at generic presentation level and must not be presented as an individual brand's sales. The dashboard does not verify market share, current competitor counts, shortages or marketing status. Check official MHRA records for licences, product information and patient leaflets.
We take reasonable care in preparing the service. Source revisions, matching limitations and publication delays can affect results. Check the source, units, pack reference and dates before relying on a report for a material decision. Trends support your assessment; they do not establish future demand, stock needs or commercial outcomes. No endorsement by the NHS, NHSBSA, MHRA or another data provider is implied.
You may use downloaded reports for your own or your organisation's assessment and share them with advisers for that purpose, keeping attribution and explanatory notes. You must not bypass access controls, share accounts, misuse sign-in links, overload the service, extract other users' information or copy our original software, branding or report design to resell the service without permission. We retain rights in our original materials. Underlying public data remains subject to its own licence; nothing here restricts rights independently granted by an open-data licence or applicable law. Our service does not give exclusive rights over public facts or the general idea of medicine market analysis.
We may update the service, correct errors or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use or essential maintenance. We will act proportionately and consider restoration, replacement access or refund where a paid service is materially unavailable. Material changes to purchased terms will not be applied retrospectively without a lawful basis or agreement.
We do not promise uninterrupted access, complete coverage or a particular commercial outcome. For business users, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or business decisions based on assumptions beyond the service's stated scope, to the extent the law permits. This does not remove our obligation to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.
English and Welsh law applies. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that consumers retain mandatory protections and any right to use the courts of their home jurisdiction. Contact us first if something is wrong so we can try to resolve it; this does not restrict legal or regulatory remedies.
